We’re looking for a confident, driven professional to lead the operations and client expansion of our Eau Claire and Menomonie offices. As the Market Leader / Client Growth Partner, you'll guide team performance, win new business, serve clients, and shape the future of our region—starting now.

This role includes:
✔️ Full operational and sales leadership of two offices
✔️ Hands-on relationship building with clients and candidates
✔️ Direct coaching and mentorship from the owner
✔️ Clear path to future equity, profit-sharing, or full ownership

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of Eau Claire and Menomonie offices
• Be the face of Express in the local business community
• Make high-volume client calls and visits weekly
• Build and mentor your internal team
• Report directly to the franchise owner
• Hire and train your own sales team as the office grows

🎯 What Success Looks Like (135-Day Plan):

• First 45 days: Own the client relationship game and learn the playbook
• Days 46–90: Place talent, identify support needs, and plan team growth
• Days 91–135: Hire your sales counterpart and step up as strategic leader

• Sales, recruiting, or staffing background a plus (but not required)

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $60,000–$85,000+ based on experience
• Quarterly bonuses: Up to $1,500–$3,000 per quarter
• Ownership track: Demonstrated leaders will be considered for equity or partnership
• Health insurance, dental insurance
• Paid holidays and PTO (earn and use 21 days in first year)
• Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend
