POSITION – Manual Machinist | CNC Machining

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday)

STARTING PAY – $18.00/hr or more depending on experience

BENEFITS – Paid vacation time, paid holidays, tool allowance, footwear allowance, Simple IRA plan, quarterly bonus potential

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School diploma, GED or Equivalent required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 4 years of manual machining/CNC machining experience

Responsibilities

Manual machining including operating mills, lathes, drill press, band saws and surface grinders

CNC Lathe work

CNC Swiss Machining

Cleaning up after using machines

Safe operating of forklifts

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 4 years of manual/CNC machining experience

Must be able to operate both mills and lathes manual and CNC

Proficient with reading and modifying blue prints

Must be able to supply personal hand tools and standard measuring tools

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Have the ability to work and be efficient with little supervision

Good attitude and ability to work and communicate with others
