Job Summary:

Village Caregiving - Eau Claire branch is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team in various areas across western Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/non-medical job that offers a competitive compensation of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing them with high-quality in-home care.

Up to 10 hours a week with the possibility to work more in the future.

Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home care to clients in accordance with their specific needs and care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
