Position – Deburring Operator

Job Location – Chippewa Falls, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  Weekends (5:45am-6:15pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing setting


We are seeking a Deburring Operator to oversee the preparation and operation of deburring and tapping machines, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality output. This role involves setting up specialized tools and equipment, troubleshooting as needed, and supporting team operations by assigning tasks or stepping in as a leader when required. Responsibilities

- Set up and prepare deburring and tapping machines by installing, aligning, and adjusting tooling and equipment to ensure smooth production processes.

- Analyze machine or process issues using schedules and instructions, implementing effective solutions to maintain quality and productivity.

- Monitor and improve production workflows by ensuring materials, packaging, and resources are properly available and of high quality at all stages.

- Conduct inspections to approve jobs, perform periodic quality checks, and train operators in inspection techniques and machine operations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with equipment upkeep, and document all production activities accurately and promptly.


Qualifications 

- High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of related experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and operating hand tools, machines, and equipment with minimal supervision.

- Strong understanding of deburring and tapping processes, including machine setup, assembly operations, and component movement.

- Ability to produce high-quality products consistently, meet required output specifications, and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.

- Dependable team player with strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attendance.
