As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for incoming order processing, problem solving, running reports, accurate record maintenance, as well as screening and transferring phone calls.

POSITION – Customer Service Representative

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift Mon-Fri between 7am-5pm (varies within these parameters) Some Sundays (2pm-5pm) Some Holidays

STARTING PAY – $15.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Customer service experience preferred

The Customer Service Representative is required to work with customers using email and telephone, on a one-to-one basis, to ensure long-lasting relationships that contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

Maintain appropriate relationships and involvement with the management of assigned accounts

Work with all involved personnel to ensure maximum expansion of the company’s products

Maintain accurate and current records or activities for your position

Run reports that aid in the preparation for the night warehouse operations

Other duties as assigned
