Position Overview

We are hiring a Clinic Director to lead our Eau Claire, WI center. This role blends leadership, client experience, and revenue ownership in a cash-pay wellness environment. The Clinic Director sets the pace for the team—coaching performance, strengthening outreach, building community relationships, and ensuring the center consistently meets its goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who enjoys consultative selling, coaching a team, and creating an energetic, professional environment where clients feel supported and confident in their plan.


Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Salary + bonus structure

  • Total earning potential up to $80,000 (salary plus performance-based bonus)


Key Responsibilities

Client Growth & Revenue Performance

  • Own center-level performance and drive consistent growth across medical and nutrition services

  • Lead the team to achieve goals across programs and services such as:

    • Nutrition programs

    • GLP-1 medical weight-loss programs

    • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT)

    • Wellness injections/IV services (as offered in the center)

    • Supplements and wellness products

  • Deliver high-quality consultations using a solution-based, client-centric approach

  • Maintain strong program/product knowledge and communicate value with clarity and confidence

  • Track results, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve performance

Marketing, Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with local businesses, gyms, corporate partners, and community organizations

  • Represent Livea at community events and support local marketing initiatives

  • Support center visibility through local social engagement and client experience storytelling (as appropriate)

  • Encourage client referrals and reviews through strong service and follow-through

Team Leadership & Center Operations

  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team focused on client outcomes and accountability

  • Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing feedback and performance management

  • Ensure operational excellence (scheduling/day-building, inventory, center standards, documentation processes, and compliance)

  • Maintain a positive, organized, and professional culture aligned with Livea’s values

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service standards


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in a goal-driven environment (med-spa, fitness, medical retail, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or similar cash-pay setting preferred)

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets (revenue, conversions, memberships, service sales, etc.)

  • Leadership experience including coaching, accountability, and performance management

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident with consultative client conversations

  • Comfortable with technology (EMR systems, scheduling tools, basic reporting) and social platforms

  • High energy, self-motivated, and client-outcome focused

  • Able to work some evenings/weekends based on center needs
