The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild is proud to present the comedy Dating Games running February 6th through the 16th at The Grand Theatre

Just in time for Valentine’s, this entertaining comedy revolves around dating scene stories.

Mary Just Broke Up With This Guy – about a string of bad blind dates; The Lunch Date, a woman tells her friend the surprising details of a recent date; Cha-Cha-Cha –a 20-year high school reunion; Daniel on a Thursday – a pick-up attempt goes awry and Run – a couple of dogs could bring their owners together.

Dating Games was written by Garth Wingfield whose work has been performed in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and London. His plays have been published by Samuel French, Smith & Kraus, Vintage Books/Random House and Playscripts, Inc. For television, Mr. Wingfield wrote several episodes for the first season of Showtime's Queer As Folk, and was a staff writer on the ABC sitcom Clueless.

On Dating Games: "HILARIOUS, ENGROSSING & BRILLIANTLY EXECUTED. With the precision of a skilled surgeon, Garth Wingfield cuts right to the center of each character's neuroses as he or she attempts to navigate the treacherous waters of big city dating life."  - Variety

On Dating Games: "A wistful, bittersweet vignette about pasts, presents and futures, and the way all three can constantly surprise us. TOUCHINGLY EVOCATIVE & WISE." – NYTheatre.com
