Child Care Partnership (CCP), a program of Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, guided by strength-based practices and the Protective Factors Framework, CCP empowers parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals through resources, education, and meaningful support. As part of Thriving Wisconsin, the statewide CCR&R and FRC network, we are committed to building resilient families and vibrant communities.

We work directly with families to help them find child care, including calling childcare providers on their behalf to explore openings. We assist individuals interested in starting or growing a child care business, and we partner with communities to understand local child care needs, share data, and problem-solve. Advocacy is central to our work, ensuring childcare remains a priority for families, providers, and policymakers. 

In addition, we offer a variety of programs, including our Family Resource Center in Durand, WI.
