Join us for our next YP Professional Development Beer with a Boss series event - Featuring Andy Neborak, President/Owner of Impact Advertising!

Event Info: Throughout the year, YPCV hosts leaders from the Chippewa Valley in candid, laid-back conversations over a beer. These leaders will share their personal success stories, challenges they've overcome, and valuable advice they have for you as a young professional. A moderated discussion with the guest will kick off the event, with time for Q & A from attendees. 

Location - The Lakely - We'll be hosting this event off-site at The Lakely! Arrive at 3:45 p.m. to grab your drink of choice, generously sponsored by Impact Advertising and Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley.

More about our guest: Andy has lived in Eau Claire for 21 years and is the current Owner/President of Impact Advertising in Eau Claire. Prior to Impact, Andy spent three years as Executive Director at United Way Greater Chippewa Valley and 11 years before that in various roles (intern, General Manager, Part-Owner) with the Eau Claire Express baseball team.  

Andy began his volunteer work at the Eau Claire Chamber with a six-year term on the YP Board (including one as YP Chair) and has been on the Chamber’s Board of Directors since 2017. He served as Chamber Board Chair in 2024. 

Andy and his wife Heather are proud Blugold graduates and reside in Eau Claire with their two children (Teagan – age 4 and Trent – age 2), and two rescue dogs (Toby and Ryley).
