Wednesday Night Baseball & Networking

Forget the standard "coffee chat"—we’re doing networking Carson Park style. On July 29th, the Eau Claire Express take on the Thunder Bay Border Cats, and the YPs are taking over the Calhoun Fan Deck.

This is the ultimate low-pressure way to meet other professionals in the Chippewa Valley. Whether you’re a baseball fanatic or just looking for a fun night out with great company, we’ve got a seat saved for you.

What’s on the Menu?

• The Food: Enjoy an unlimited ballpark buffet and soda. Dig in early—the buffet is open from gates until the end of the 5th inning!
• The Drinks: Each registration (for those 21+) includes a wristband with 4 domestic beer tabs.
  • Note: 1 tab = 1 domestic beer. If you prefer premium, it’s 2 tabs.
  • Once tabs are gone, domestic beverages are $5.00 and premiums are $6.00.

Schedule & Logistics

• 6:00 PM: Gates open. Head straight to the Calhoun Fan Deck to start networking (and eating!).
• 6:35 PM: First Pitch.
• End of 5th Inning: Food and soda service concludes.
• End of Game: Networking wrap-up.

The Fine Print (Rain Policy)

We play rain or shine! If the game is postponed before the Fan Deck opens, we will work with the Express to reschedule our outing. If the game is called off after it becomes an official game (usually the 5th inning), the Fan Deck stays open for service for two hours after the first pitch, but no refunds are issued per team policy.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund, please notify Roanne Ostmann directly at ostmann@eauclairechamber.org if you need to cancel. Pre-purchased tickets will be available under your name at the Will Call kiosk in front of the stadium. Tickets at the door must be purchased directly from the Carson Park Box Office. ⚾
