Mel Pearce

Mel brings over a decade of experience in career services, supporting undergraduate and graduate students, employers, faculty, and staff. Prior to joining Handshake, she served as Associate Director of Graduate Employer Education and Experiences at The University of Texas in Austin. Before that, she held roles at UC Davis focused on career advising and employer relations. In her current role as Senior Relationship Manager at Handshake, Mel partners with educational institutions, providing strategic guidance on product adoption, student engagement, and maximizing the platform's impact across campus.
