**Call to register**
We've invited members of the State Assembly and Senate who represent the Chippewa Valley to join us for a final update on the current legislative session. We'll get a recap and perspective on how key regional economic priorities fared in the legislature, and discuss still-pending issues that are likely to carry over to the next session. Legislators who've RSVP'd so far include Senators Jesse James (R-Altoona) and Jeff Smith (D-Eau Claire); and Reps. Dave Armstrong (R-Rice Lake), Jodi Emerson (D-Eau Claire), and Karen Hurd (R-Fall Creek).

The event will take place in the Casper Conference Center at CVTC's Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire 54701. Enter through the front doors. A limited number of spaces are available in the RCU Visitor Lot (P1 on the map). If that is full, park in the student parking (P3) across the footbridge. Permits for those lots will not be required before 9:30 a.m. that day. There is also a paid parking lot (P7) off University Drive to the east of the building.
