Invited are members of the State Senate and Assembly who will represent the Chippewa Valley region beginning with the January legislative session, including newly-elected members. This is an excellent opportunity to get a preview of the key priorities that our local lawmakers will be taking to Madison for the 2025-27 budget session.

The event will take place in the Casper Conference Center at CVTC's Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire 54701. Enter through the front doors. A limited number of spaces are available in the RCU Visitor Lot (P1 on the map). If that is full, park in the student parking (P3) across the footbridge. Permits for those lots will not be required before 9:30 a.m. that day. There is also a paid parking lot (P7) off University Drive to the east of the building.

Refund Policy: Registrants may request a refund for cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Refunds by credit card will have processing fees deducted from the total refund. The Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce encourages all investors to finalize attendance in advance to avoid any issues when requesting refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
