Charles Franklin, nationally recognized government scholar and pollster, has been director of the Marquette Law School Poll since its inception in 2012, and has become widely regarded as the definitive source for information concerning public opinion in Wisconsin.

Refund Policy: 

Registrants may request a refund for cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Refunds by credit card will have processing fees deducted from the total refund.
