Our community celebration is an event to honor Veterans, military service members and their families. In the past years, up to 300 people from the surrounding community have gathered on Veterans Day to break bread and shake the hands of those who served. We are very excited to announce that for this event we are again partnering with the Eau Claire Event District and will be hosting the event in the “High Country” building!! 

The “Eau Claire Veteran’s Day BBQ 2024 – Honoring all who served” will take place on Monday, November 11 th . The event will feature raffle prizes, entertainment, bake sale, and opportunity to Thank a Veteran. It will also include a free lunch, as well as corporate and Veteran support organization display booths. Any proceeds raised at the event will be donated to local veteran organizations. Last year the proceeds were donated to Chippewa Valley Veteran’s Home Activity Fund and Trinity Equestrian Center’s Veterans Program. 

We appreciate your support in the past and are hoping that we will also have your support in 2024. Last year, approximately 50 different businesses in the Chippewa Valley made this event possible with assistance of monetary contributions, gifts, or services. It is one of the largest Veterans Day events in the Chippewa Valley and we hope it is also a great celebration for everyone. Come on back for more, in 2024!
