Our client FilmTech LLC located in Stanley,Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Supervisor.   Film Tech LLC manufactures high quality polyolefin films for medical, industrial, food, label, general packaging, and other custom applications. FilmTech prides itself on being accountable, communicating exceedingly well, providing innovative solutions and the relentless pursuit of achieving superior results. 

As a shift supervisor, you would be responsible for leading a production shift ensuring all associates are working safely and performing their job functions. In addition, you would communicate with other managers to resolve quality issues and find solutions to problems, train and discipline staff, and perform minor equipment maintenance.   Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and decision making are all necessary skills.   

Minimum qualifications include a high school degree and 3-5 years shift supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications.
