Service Advisor

Our client would like you to join their team as a Service Advisor. This is a great full-time, temp to hire opportunity to put your Customer Service skills and computer skills to work! You'll be part of a team at a fantastic business and get to do the following:

Essential Job Duties:
  • Originate repair orders for service and sales departments
  • Schedule retail and internal service work appropriately
  • Track job status and progress 
  • Communicate with customers 
  • Ensure service work is approved in advance
  • Return phone calls and emails promptly
  • Take payment for repair orders and review work performed with customers
  • Process warranty claims with manufacturers
  • Check inventory and customer units for service bulletins and recalls


  • In depth experience with Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
