
Service Advisor
Our client would like you to join their team as a Service Advisor. This is a great full-time, temp to hire opportunity to put your Customer Service skills and computer skills to work! You'll be part of a team at a fantastic business and get to do the following:
Essential Job Duties:
- Originate repair orders for service and sales departments
- Schedule retail and internal service work appropriately
- Track job status and progress
- Communicate with customers
- Ensure service work is approved in advance
- Return phone calls and emails promptly
- Take payment for repair orders and review work performed with customers
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers
- Check inventory and customer units for service bulletins and recalls
Requirements:
- In depth experience with Customer Service
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
