National Tactical Security (NTS) provides integrative security services, offering expertise that address today’s security challenges. Our office locations are in Western Wisconsin and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

We are currently seeking 2 Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Consultants will be responsible for identifying leads, scheduling appointments with prospective clients, presenting and offering our security services. NTS security services include guard services, executive protection, security consulting, security assessments, emergency action plan development, security training, remote guard services and other safety & security related services.

The ideal candidate for this position is driven to succeed, has an abundance of enthusiasm, is self-confident, and has the ability to listen, connect and offer services that suit our client’s needs. Candidates must be self-motivated team players with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Having a basic working knowledge of general physical security operations is preferred, but not required.

Sales positions require discipline and the ability to accomplish weekly team goals. Previous sales experience is a plus, but applicants may qualify based on a strong desire to be part of our growing team, as we help make our clients safer and more secure.

  • Provide clients with a wide variety of security solutions.
  • Follow and master our sales process, driving sales growth.
  • Manage a local sales territory, handling the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Prospect new accounts, analyze client’s security needs and propose security solutions.
  • Meet goals for sales and monthly established benchmarks.
  • Develop strong client relationships while displaying excellent customer service skills.
  • Represent NTS at meetings, conferences, trade shows and other events.

Salary: Base plus commission with no annual cap.


  • Must be self-driven and motivated to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with outstanding follow thru and execution.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Ability to travel within assigned sales region.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in private security, law enforcement or public service (Preferred)
