Job Description: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Your role will involve high-volume recruiting, creative sourcing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and tailor recruiting efforts.
- Utilize multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source candidates.
- Track and manage candidate information using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities to expand talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize workloads.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
