Job Description: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Your role will involve high-volume recruiting, creative sourcing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and tailor recruiting efforts.
  • Utilize multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source candidates.
  • Track and manage candidate information using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities to expand talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize workloads.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
