POSITION – Molding Material Handler

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:54am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday)

STARTING PAY – $19.00 per hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior experience as a material handler in an injection molding facility is needed

Ensure timely supply of materials and components to production lines and return any unused materials to inventory. Clean dryers, hoppers, and color mixers during changeovers to support on-time customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

Monitor production schedules to determine when changeovers are needed

Deliver correct materials and components to production lines

Verify all materials and components are properly scanned to the correct location

Pre-dry materials to help prevent unnecessary production downtime

Clean dryers thoroughly at the end of each production run

Clean color mixers, hoppers, and filters during changeovers

Ensure presses and surrounding work areas are clean during changeovers

Return all unused materials and components to inventory

Provide break coverage for team members as needed

Operate presses when required

Perform scanning and inventory tracking duties as needed

Keep all products, tools, and accessories neatly organized and stored

Monitor and maintain adequate supply inventory levels

Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, and equipment

Prepare the work area for the next shift to ensure a smooth transition

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills

Consistent work history with a strong interest in starting a new career
