POSITION – Fabrication Welder

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire


WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (5am-3:30pm, Mon-Thurs)

STARTING PAY – $20-25/hour DOE

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous experience of 3 years as a Welder/Fabricator

REQUIRED  EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred, Certificate or diploma in welding preferred


As a Fabrication Welder, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our legacy of excellence and innovation. From blueprint interpretation to meticulous fabrication, you will be instrumental in shaping our future.

Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize your expertise to decipher and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering plans with meticulous attention to detail.

Collaborate closely with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into tangible, high-quality metal objects that embody our commitment to customization.

Demonstrate proficiency in a wide array of fabrication techniques, including layout, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to achieve desired shapes and structures.

Execute fabrication tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring each piece meets our stringent quality standards and reflects our dedication to excellence.

Employ a keen eye for detail to meticulously inspect and test welds and equipment, guaranteeing durability and compliance with specifications.

Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement, contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement that defines our company ethos.



A passionate and driven individual with a relentless commitment to achieving excellence in every task.

Proven experience in blueprint interpretation and fabrication techniques within a manufacturing setting, with a keen understanding of the fitness equipment industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with creativity and precision.

Physically adept with the ability to meet the demands of the job in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment, coupled with a solid understanding of industry safety practices.

Advanced skills in specific welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and ARC would be advantageous.

Familiarity with heavy machinery operation, including forklifts and cranes, is a plus.
