Our client Alliance Plastics in Chippewa Falls is seeking to fill the role of Controller. This is a new role for the organization and if you are seeking to join a growing and progressive company, please consider this position.  The person in this role would be responsible for the organization’s administrative functions including Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, ERP, Procurement, Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving.   The person in this role would be responsible for accuracy of detailed reports, consolidation of reports, reconciliations, audits and account analysis.  They would ensure Alliance is in compliance with appropriate agencies and ensure proper recordkeeping is maintained.  Works with outside contracted accounting firm, insurance brokers and any other outside consultants as required. 

The person in this role generates our company business reports and charts for analysis.  Performs costings and responsible for keeping accurate production and inventory records.  Benefits plan administrator performs some HR functions, IT support managing our phone system, server and computer resources.  Manages the training and support of our ERP program.  Responsible for supervising, directing and performing direct staff’s discipline and performance appraisals.
