Clinical Office Assistant
Eau Claire GI Associates is seeking a part-time clinical office assistant that has prior experience working in the healthcare setting and is motivated to become an integral contributor to the quality care received by our patients.
This position is responsible for clinic office duties such as: greeting and checking in patients, answering and triaging phone calls, functioning in the electronic health record and handling patient charts, patient appointment scheduling, and various other duties.
This position has a flexible work schedule and works an average of 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, (4 days a week).
Desired qualifications include strong customer service skills, good organization with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, computer proficiency, ability to work with a small team, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high quality, compassionate patient care.
Minimum requirements for this position include a high school diploma and at least 1-3 years of receptionist / customer service in the healthcare industry. Education and experience as a medical assistant would be considered a huge plus.
