Type job: Full-Time 

Location: Eau Claire

Salary: Negotiable 


Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly payroll for employees.  

- Invoicing, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, etc.  

- Enter timecards

- Generate weekly/monthly reporting related to payroll and human resources

- Misc payroll and human resource duties as assigned

- Accounts payable including printing, matching and entering invoices

- Statement reconciliation, matching and mailing check runs, filing and maintenance of documentation, problem resolution, and 1099 reporting


Requirements:

- Accounting and payroll experience is a must

- Sage program experience is a plus

- Office Microsoft skill is a plus
