Accounting Assistant

POSITION – Accounting Assistant
JOB LOCATION – Thorp, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Days – 8:00am – 4:00/4:30pm Mon-Fri
STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 6 months of QuickBooks Desktop experience
The Accounting Assistant helps with day-to-day accounting work such as accounts payable, accounts receivable payroll and payroll taxes, and general accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Working in QuickBooks Desktop
Working in Microsoft Office
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Payroll and Payroll Taxes
General Accounting Principles
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
QuickBooks Desktop (6 months experience)
Microsoft Office
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Payroll and Payroll Taxes
General Accounting Principles
