PERSONAL COMMITMENT
The Ambassador organization requires a time commitment and willingness to participate in monthly Ambassador meetings, Business After Hours, ribbon cutting and ground breaking ceremonies, Chamber investor retention efforts, and assistance at various Chamber sponsored events. Over the course of the year, Ambassadors earn hours for being involved in those activities.  A minimum of 36 hours and up to 48 hours per year OR 9-12 hours per quarter for active Ambassadors will be required.  

The volunteer hour breakdown is as follows:

Ambassador Activities:
Attend monthly meetings - 1.0 hour
Attend Business After Hours - 1.0 hour with jacket
Work at Business After Hours - 1.5 hours
Attend ribbon cutting/ground breaking - 1.0 hour
Participate in monthly “How’s Business” - 2 hours
New investor referral that becomes "active" - 5 hours and $25 Chamber Bucks
Other special events will vary in hours served

Points may be earned for participation in other Chamber events as determined by Chamber Staff.
